CONFIRMATION EMAIL
Confirmation emails are typically received shortly after an order is placed. If you do not receive your confirmation email right away, however, don’t fret! Your confirmation email may experience a delay if your order was placed during a period of high order volume, such as an exciting new launch or promotion.

ESTIMATED TRANSIT TIME:
Asia: 5-7 working days
Australia, New Zealand, Middle East: 5-10 working days
USA, Canada, Europe: 7-15 working days
Rest of the world: 10-20 working days
  
 However, if we have some crazy promotion or a new launch, orders may take a bit longer to process. 
 
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Biēn Wellness Hub order and/or shipping total. Biēn Wellness Hub is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient. 
Please note, Biēn Wellness Hub is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays.
 
WHERE DO I FIND MY TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email will be sent as soon as your order is confirmed together with your tracking number via our courier.
